Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after your payment is confirmed.

International Shipping
Currently, shipping is available within Canada only. If you live outside of Canada, feel free to email me or use the contact form to request a custom shipping quote

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. Lilith and Lark is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking may be available as an option at checkout, depending on type of products purchased. If you choose a shipping option without tracking, please note that we will not have any tracking information once the package is handed off to the courier. If tracking is purchased, you will receive an email with tracking information after your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Lilith and Lark is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are handed off to the courier. If you have concerns about shipping, please ensure you select a tracked option at checkout, or request a tracking option be made for you.

Additional Shipping Information

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.
